About Me

Hi, Iโ€™m Julisa โ€” a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, researcher, and lifelong learner with a deep love for culture, wellness, and storytelling.

With a PhD in Social Work and a background in mental health, addiction recovery, and maternal wellness, I bring both academic insight and clinical experience to my work.

I believe care can be both evidence-based and heart-centered, whether Iโ€™m consulting, writing, or facilitating.

When Iโ€™m not collaborating with others or diving into new ideas, youโ€™ll probably find me planning my next trip or reflecting on how our inner and outer worlds connect.

Personal Note ๐ŸŒฟ

Travel has taught me that growth doesnโ€™t only happen in classrooms or clinics โ€” it happens everywhere.

That belief inspired Gracefully Wandering โ€” my space to explore joy, reflection, and the stories that shape us.

Iโ€™m passionate about creating spaces (in person or online) that support healing, insight, and being fully human.
