About Me

Hi, I’m Julisa — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, researcher, and lifelong learner with a deep love for culture, wellness, and storytelling.

With a PhD in Social Work and a background in mental health, addiction recovery, and maternal wellness, I bring both academic insight and clinical experience to my work.

I believe care can be both evidence-based and heart-centered, whether I’m consulting, writing, or facilitating.

When I’m not collaborating with others or diving into new ideas, you’ll probably find me planning my next trip or reflecting on how our inner and outer worlds connect.

Personal Note 🌿

Travel has taught me that growth doesn’t only happen in classrooms or clinics — it happens everywhere.

That belief inspired Gracefully Wandering — my space to explore joy, reflection, and the stories that shape us.

I’m passionate about creating spaces (in person or online) that support healing, insight, and being fully human.
